The property was spacious for our group of 7. The tatami-style rooms offered much flexibility for our rooming needs. The bathrooms and toilets were also a good size, unlike most in Japan. The apartment was very well-stocked, from necessities such as linen and towels, to toiletries and kitchenware. The check in procedure was contact-free but instructions were precise, hence it was very easy. Communication with the property staff was effortless, and I could choose either English or Mandarin. Enquiries were always answered quickly. We needed help with regard to an issue, totally unrelated to our stay here, but the property staff was so helpful and went beyond their call of duty to assist us, and helped us resolve it. We are deeply touched by their willingness to help. I would definitely recommend this property and will certainly choose it again when I’m in Nagoya again.

There was free coffee at the lobby the whole day and free cold drinks after 3 pm. The hotel provides a fantastic breakfast. The streets nearby come alive at night with many eateries. Sakae station is about 10 minutes walk away and its underground shopping streets sell better quality stuff such as ladies' clothings.
