Great hotel! Excellent location, very comfortable rooms, very clean, cleaning services and change of towels upon request. Bottles of water and a filling device on each floor is an excellent idea. Amazing 27th floor! Spectacular view, free coffee all day, you can bring food and eat on the spot. A laundry room with 2 washing machines is also free of charge as a guest service. You can get packages to the hotel free of charge.Near the hotel there are many breakfast options. Above all, the reception staff is amazing! Always nice, always smiling, always helping with any question and any problem. I especially liked: Manny, Mark Anthony and Yoselyn. Great workers! Thank you and hope to see you soon.

The reception staff was super helpful! They provided us with all the information we needed. The location was very good and had a subway/bus station right around the corner or in front. We had a wheelchair user with us and the room was very accessible and had stools in the washroom with a hand shower. Would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful location at the ski hill. Close to Whitefish, with a senic drive. Comfortable, cozy rooms with various amenities. Convenient contential breakfast, which was well prepared.
