The worst hotel I saw in my life was your hotel. . It had no good facilities. The window glass is very old and every sound outside the street is inside the hotel room. There is no peace at night. The voices of the neighbors can be heard in the hotel room. Everything is very bad. It did not have a refrigerator or a closet. . It did not even have the facilities of the cheapest hotel. And much worse, it was very expensive. I advise everyone not to choose your hotel at all.

There’s nothing major to make me say that I really liked something the hotel was average and the breakfast was not worth £24 it’s unbelievably priced for what was served £10 would be ample price but £24 is just robbery.

Allowing children to run around at midnight in the gardens screaming and having them running up and down the halls all night is a problem also 30 drunk ppl sat in the smoking area at 2am kept us awake all night why allow this outside peoples rooms who are trying to sleep?? The staff didn’t tell them once to be quiet or move them on nor did they stop the kids from running and screaming everywhere all night

The open space at the entrance of hotel was great to let our 1 year old run around. Until he had a couple stumbles, oops. It’s so close to the train station to get into the CBD.

It’s located in a business kind of area. I couldn’t see anything much if shops or cafes around. So we have to venture further.

Good location, rooms aesthetically pleasing and fairly large.

Concierge were completely useless. Simply asked for a taxi to an important event and they failed to do this. Enormous line at reception made solving this even worse, and 20 minutes later when we finally got to the front the staff were apathetic, unapologetic, and unhelpful. No interior lock on door.
