Very good stopover for cyclists with safe bike storage.The apartments was well equipped, comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay much longer. Also, very good communication with host.

The location was close to public transport and within walking distance. The laundromat was nearby. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The guest kitchen was clean and good.

It was a basic accommodation since it was a 1-star hotel. It was very clean, bed was fine. Suited my one night need.

I went when the weather was chilly, so room temperature was comfortable. There's no air conditioning, so a hot summer would be difficult. Balcony door does open for air, though Paris is always awake.

Just about the only thing that was good was the location of this accommodation.

- shared shower combined with shared loo (with all that it entails i.e. can’t use the loo if someone is already using the shower, which was a real deal considering there are several rooms, also obviously smells.. the room is so small you literally can’t sit comfortably on a toilet seat. - the shower room / toilet door is very screechy.. every time anyone used it the whole block would be waken up. How difficult is it for the landlord to just use some oil on door hinges? Just shows they don’t care.. - thin walls so you can very clearly hear what’s going on outside on the street (but I guess that’s a common problem with cheap accommodation) - there were a few appliances, I.e. fridge and electric stove. The fridge didn’t work at all, didn’t want to touch the stove it looked unsafe
