Where do I start? Nothing short of mind blowing! The 5 star service with staff that are there to help you at every turn! ! The fabulous restaurants and bars that cater for every taste and desire! The well laid out rooms which have obviously been meticulously planned to make your visit so comfortable and seamless! The spotless grounds and gardens! The well-orchestrated transport provided to and from each of the theme parks! I will be shouting the praises of this property to anyone and everyone who’ll listen and we will definitely return.

Este luxuoso hotel 5 estrelas à beira-mar em Cancún tem um spa de serviço completo com 3,716 m², que tem tratamentos corporais, hidroterapia e serviços de beleza, como cabeleireiro. o hotel tem uma arquitetura mais antiga mas está super bem cuidado e com manutenção em dia. quartos enormes, bem ventilados e todos com vista para o mar e piscina. piscina eh um show a parte. enorme e super limpa. a praia eh perfeita: água cristalina, sem sargaço, sem ondas = parecia uma piscina de água salgada. o SPA eh sensacional. fiz hydroterapia e massagem relaxante e simplesmente amei. todos os restaurantes tinham comidas maravilhosas, além do kioske na piscina que muda o menu todos os dias (paella, parilla, hot dog, etc). e por fim, a localização! eh a melhor de todas. menos de 5min do Coco Bongô e de outras casas de show e ao mesmo tempo com total tranquilidade no hotel sem chegar nenhum incômodo do barulho externo. após o check out (1pm) ainda permitem que vc use a pulseira do all inclusive e desfrute do hotel até às 4Pm.

It was so clean and although the housekeepers were on top of everything, they were never in your way. The staff onsite make you feel like royalty. Breakfast, meals and drinks can be delivered to you room, served at the "family" table or even poolside if you wish. My stay at Xaha was the best part of my trip to Tulum. If you go say hello to my favorite host Ricky. Ricky shared his knowledge about different areas, fun places to visit and would even speak directly to your taxi drivers in Spanish to ensure there was no confusion on our desired destination. I love me Ricky! Also, this place has very tight security. I've never felt safer.

Heaven on Earth!! The food was unbelievable, you wouldn’t think everything on the menu is vegan or vegetarian and tastes so good. The property ins brand new, the attention to details in the interior design are out of this world. The service was amazing, we had a personal butler and was super handy. The beach was super clean with no sargassum. Would definitely come back ASAP.

O Turquoize é um refúgio exclusivo para adultos no Hyatt Ziva Cancun. Hyatt Ziva pleasantly surprised us, with an entire village of restaurants, shops, candy/dessert shop, cafe, swimming pools and dolphins! Our butlers Alessandra and Eladio were beyond amazing and took care of all of our needs. It was a splurge but I would do it again. The food at the Moongate (asian) and the Tradewinds (steak) was of excellent quality. the rooftop pool at Punta Vista was also amazing.

We really liked the character and location. Safe community with easy walk (or bus ride - we took the bus on the way to and just walk back from) to the ferry terminal to Isla de Mujeres. Even more easy walk (like 7 minutes) to El Meco ruins (unfortunately El Meco was closed until May 2024).
