The staff were very attentive and spoke good English. The hotel offers a free pick up from Gora station or you can take the ropeway two stations up and walk 10 mins down the road to the hotel. The breakfast was a set menu, with a choice of juice and eggs.

Good location, close to the cable car station, easy to reach. We got out at Kami-Gora station but you better get out at Sounzan Station then you don’t have to climb the steep hill with your luggage. Ideal location for a day of visiting Hakone! Make sure you check out the Onsen!
