I recently had the pleasure of staying two nights in this delightful home, and I must say, it was an experience that far exceeded my expectations. The house itself was impressively spacious and instantly felt like home. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, the location was ideal – just a few minutes' walk from the Auckland Botanical Gardens, allowing us to immerse ourselves in nature effortlessly. Cleanliness and amenities are often my top concerns with rentals, but this house left no room for complaints. It was spotless throughout, and the inclusion of a washing machine and dryer was a lifesaver, especially for a longer stay. But what truly set this experience apart was the incredible service provided by the host. Upon arriving at the airport, I realized I had left something significant behind. I reached out to the host, who responded almost immediately. With no car at my disposal, I was at a loss for retrieving my item. To my relief and gratitude, the host offered to drive over 20 minutes to the airport to return it to me. This level of thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile (quite literally!) was astounding. In summary, I couldn't be happier with my stay. The comfort of the house, combined with the serenity of the neighborhood and the exceptional service from the host, makes this rental a top recommendation. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a home base for exploring Auckland, this place is a perfect choice.

Everything !!!! We were blown away with Augusta Hut. Beautifully styled with exceptional fittings and inclusions. Everything for the visitor is catered for, an awesome bed, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, a large wardrobe to unpack your bags into, a washing machine/dryer, great shower and consumables within, the kitchen was filled with quality items and nothing was overlooked. A full stove made cooking a breeze and clean up was easy with the dishwasher. A full size fridge with all you need to enjoy your first coffee, (think milk for your coffee, and chocolate you renew your sugar levels). There was so much light in this designer cottage, huge French doors open to their immaculate designer garden, there was even a fire-bucket and wood supplied for us to enjoy whilst having a glass of wine outside.

We used this gorgeous villa as wedding accommodation for myself and bridesmaids. It had such an old worldly yet modern vibe to it and was the perfect location to get ready and have our pre-wedding photos taken here. Absolutely gorgeously manicured backyard which I wish we could’ve had photos in but couldn’t due to the awful weather. Property was super warm and beds were comfortable. If I could do it all again, I would!

I liked the heated pool (31C), though not good for swimming at night as it is not illuminated (open till 9:30pm), and hot tube (41C), sauna was amazing, steam room was a bit cold, lockers are available there. Very well equipped gym open 24 hours. I liked the stay a lot.
