The sporting lodge and hotel is very clean and personel friendly .....................................................................
BUT A 16% CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL is unacceptable! And with the tip added AFTER the 16% charge was also very poor form.
Be aware and ask the hotel before you book what the Extra Charges will be!
It was the first place we stayed in town and It was very unfortunate and sad to latterly be told by the other Punta Allen hoteliers, restauranteurs and barmen we were massively overcharged– 5% is the norm !
We thought we had had such a great experience at Casa Pascale until the 16% bill surplus plus tip on top experience was revealed as rudely excessive!
After Punta Allen we saw Pascale in Puerto Morelos but descided not to speak about the 16% charge especially when she was supposedly in Oaxaca.

Punta Allen seems to be a virgin place in Mexico.
Punta Allen seems to be a virgin place in Mexico. Not many tourists not many places like restaurants or shops. Its full of sargaso and at the moment properties cant deal with it and many of them are on the beach. But you can have nice excursions to see dolphins at the nature ,we took the fishers boat and went to see dolphins and turtles do some snorkel,kids loved it! The cleanliness of the bed and sheets was impeccable, and we are immensely grateful for the hard work of the cleaners, especially given the circumstances. After falling ill with a stomach bug on the second night of our stay and experiencing multiple episodes of vomiting, their efforts were truly appreciated. We made sure to leave an extra tip as a token of our gratitude. Thank you to the cleaners - you are the true heroes of this hotel!

The rooms are spacious and clean, there is always hot water. David is super friendly. He organized two tours for us with amazing people (Israel and Francisco) and with them we could enjoy the nature in Punta Allen. Sonja is like a mama, she is always available and prepare the best food whenever we wanted. We enjoyed sitting in the yard with our feet in the sand in complete relax. She was so kind and we came in on Christmas Eve to a dinner she prepared for all the guests free of charge. The manager was very helpful with finding us a tour of Sian Ka’an and directed us towards the place we could rent kayaks and go exploring on our own as well. We had such a wonderful time at this little town on the tip of this beautiful peninsula—would strongly recommend to anyone going to punta Allen.ArielUnited States

Casa Pascale is mostly for sport fishermen but we weren't and enjoyed our time there. It's impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable. There was a good shower. There are beautiful wall paintings of various fish. It's a place with character.

Al this beautiful birds & nice people. We came back and will return again. But it would be lovely to skip the road and arrive by boat the next time.
