Location was excellent, only a stones throw away from the monorail station and had a lovely park with lovely view of the river. There was family mart and 7/11 near by as well and many good eateries around. It was also near a donki. 15mins monorail ride from airport. There is a taxi stand just outside the hotel as well.

Good svc from staff - one staff helped me with booking of taxi to catch my flight, and good that he was able to converse in Mandarin which made it easier. Room was spacious, clean. The pillow was flat and hard, but when I informed room svc, I had softer pillows sent to me very quickly.

The rooms were very comfortable with a great view, really nice interior decorating and very spacious bathroom compared to most Japanese hotels in this price range. The hot springs and sauna facilities were great too. It was also convenient having a 24-hour store in the lobby. It was close to the beach as well. I also liked the rooftop bar and pool.

A town that has a lot to offer especially if you are willing to get off the tourist track. Many side alleys with great shops, friendly owners and local customers willing to help. There are multiple places to eat throughout the city, so after you visit the tourist areas take time to find a hidden gem o your own.

I like the city's urban planning and ease of transport. Traffic enforcers, front desk at the Tourist Info and bus office are accommodating.
The trip to Peace Memorial and cenotaph was moving.
I just wish the city can implement more sustainable practices eg., waste segregation.

Naha city is one of the best cities that I’ve ever seen.
Naha city is one of the best cities that I’ve ever seen. With convenient traffic, you would enjoy the tropical island and unique culture. There are countless restaurants with savory dishes and cuisine near the hotel. Last but the least, the tax free policy of Japan would encourage you to buy tons of gifts for your family.

It's very easy to navigate Naha.
It's very easy to navigate Naha. Even though it's challenging since I don't read Japanese very well but with the little that I know I was able to navigate and find my way around. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores to choose from.
Evening drink service was a highlight. Breakfast brunch was good. Rooms were on the small side but the beds were large and comfortable. Didn't realize the hotel catered to business travelers given the nearby establishments as I was here on leisure. Location has good enough access to the Naha bus terminal and the monorail to the airport. Easy access to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Was able to leave luggage at lobby prior to check-in. Good value for all the essentials.
The immediate response from the hotel staff amazed me a lot. They provide you with high-level service for nice price. Rooms are clean and comfortable despite of little space. My husband really liked drink bar and udon service. And there are so many manga books! The hotel's located near Naha Main Place (department store) and close to Tomari port. The area's very quiet and safe.
Stylish small rooms very comfortable, very clean, attention to details and organization of the room are remarkable - Japanese style and above. The breakfast was an excellent introduction to Okinawa cuisine with high quality local food and explanations from staff. We learned about Umeboshi and truly enjoyed our stay and meals.
We stayed here for a week..
Location was good - near monorail and the Naha bus terminal. There was a tourist office on the second floor of the bus terminal. The port was also two stops away. The airport 6 stops away.
It was also more spacious than the other rooms in that price range.
A great stay at Naha! we chose this hotel only 24 hours before arriving, due to the typhoon cancelling other plans; it was lovely and comfort, allowing us to relax and visit the entire main island of Okinawa and the city of Naha; The room was spacious and perfect for a one-week stay.
The location was really convenient, there are many restaurants, convenience stores and department stores nearby. The best thing was the transportion option, bus station and monorail station very near. We went to the Churaumi Aquarium and the bus stop was 3 mins from the hotel.
Have stayed multiple times on Okinawa. This hotels location, staff, cleanliness and amenities have been the best I have experienced. From the parking attendants to the cooks everyone was helpful friendly and wanting your stay to be the best it could be. they succeeded
The staff was outstanding. It was well located and the view very nice on the Tomari port. We will come back for sure. All the facility was working perfectly and the cleaning staff very accommodating. Amazing place to stay while in Okinawa.
great place stayed twice on my trip to Okinawa and would come back again very safe hostel with PIN codes into separate women’s dorm area of hostel. great location right near bus terminal and main tourist strip of Naha
It was a very clean and small but modern hotel. Most favorite part about this hotel was breakfast. it looked like a simple Japanese or Okinawa traditional menu, but I really enjoyed it every morning.
The staff was very friendly. Convenient location in the middle of Naha with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a 10 minute walk to the Yui Rail. The room was a nice size with a rain shower.
The breakfast is great. It includes almost every popular Okinawa traditional and delicious food. The welcome bar is excellent, too. It even provides free laundry. The location is also wonderful.
The hotel was conveniently located for access to/from airport and for my planned activities. I was able to park the rental car on property for 1500 Yen/night. Overall, a great place to stay.
It's. your standard hotel. Clean and modern rooms with everything you need. I stayed two nights to rest before a two week trip around okinawa and the place was perfect for this purpose.
Kind and helpful owner. Did provide us the car as well (international licence is needed).
Nice cosy house. Loving it. Will stay here again if we come back Okinawa
