We basically spent our whole time in San José on the balcony except for some hiking. The kitchen has everything you need. The owners are very nice ans helpful and made us feel at home from the beginning!!

One Love Hostal Puerto Escondido offers a place with a mixture of rustic and Mexican-style decoration only 150 metres from Zicatela Beach. The place is small with only a few rooms but with a lot of charm. very relaxed vibe, bungalows, hammocks and roof terrace were all lovely!

Punta Magica was the perfection I was looking for in a beach getaway - secluded bungalow with private pool, nestled away from the main tourist strip - definition of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. The large outdoor space with the giant palms, pool, and outdoor living room made this place truly magical and one of a kind. Inside, the bedroom was very spacious with a very comfortable king sized bed. The kitchenette was a nice added bonus - I was able to cook and enjoyed being able to make my own latte in the mornings with the expresso machine. Loved the outdoor shower! All the added amenities contributed to a very relaxing vacation. The location was walkable to the main road (if you want to jump on a collectivo truck/taxi to get around town, or a stroll away from the beach). Property manager Alejandro was an amazing and hospitable host and made sure our needs were met during our stay. Thank you!
