Very modern and simple but comfortable in every way. There are 2 kinds of pillow which really is so great. The room is always clean but the only disappointment is that when I went back to my room at around 10 am because I need to work and I went out at around 3:30pm they informed me that their cleaners are only until 3pm so my room was not cleaned that day.

Great location just one stop from Nagoya station, and connected by overpass directly to the station on the Aonami line, probably not even 1 minute walk away. Amazing views, the club room also had great views drinks andsnacks. We barely ended up doing anything in Nagoya because the hotel was so enjoyable. Breakfast was also excellent.

There was a good selection of free amenities as well. We could not hear any noises from the outside which was one of our worries. The staff was extremely nice and attentive; they even gave us four umbrellas on the day we were checking out because of heavy rain. We told them we could not return them and they insisted on giving them to us.
